Under his leadership, S14 unites 14 integrated disciplines spanning design strategy, AI, digital visualisation, economics and environmental intelligence, fostering collaboration that blends creativity with technical precision. Ian’s approach centres on interdisciplinary thinking, human insight, and contextual awareness, empowering teams and clients to imagine and shape the next generation of sustainable, intelligent, and culturally attuned environments.
Marcos Blanes
CEO
Marcos is CEO at S14, shaping design leadership and delivery strategies across luxury, civic, and mixed-use projects in the UK and Middle East. A Spain and UK-educated RIBA Chartered Architect with over 26 years of experience, he previously led Rafael Viñoly’s London office with projects like Marble Arch Place and 20 Fenchurch Street. At S14, he integrates architecture and client-side management to deliver innovative high-quality projects, combining design excellence with strategic oversight in complex, international contexts.
Bryant Arteaga
Director
As a Director of S14, Bryant oversees business operations, studio management, and creative strategy. With over 15 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, he has led multidisciplinary teams and delivered landmark projects. Bryant previously established architectural offices for firms such as Archea Associati (Dubai) and Azulik Roth Architecture (Tulum). He holds two master’s degrees in architecture from Politecnico di Milano and Tecnológico Nacional de México, and is a licensed architect in Mexico and Italy (OAMi). His leadership reflects S14’s vision to unite creative disciplines into a unified studio—where architecture tells stories, design is driven by data, and bold ideas become reality.
Chris Ravenscroft
Director
Chris is a Director providing strategic & creative input and oversight across all design disciplines, to achieve the highest standards of design excellence & innovation.
27 years an RIBA Chartered Architect, he has extensive UK and Middle East experience, including landmark Cultural Projects such as the Baitul Futuh Mosque in Morden, London, the Burrell Collection Museum in Glasgow and the Global Centre for Arabic Calligraphy in Diriyah Gate, Riyadh.
His visionary leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping S14’s design ethos and drive toward a portfolio of world-class projects.
Andrew Hayden
Design Director
Andrew is Design Director at S14, exploring the intersection of sustainability, innovation, and human experience. With 27 years of practice, he shapes architecture across housing, healthcare, institutions, and transformative infrastructure such as Dublin Airport.
Andrew fuses creative leadership with technical precision, mentoring teams to experiment, push boundaries, and craft adaptive, future-ready environments. A DIT Bolton Street graduate (BarchSc.DipArch MRIAI) and RIAI member, he champions collaboration, resilience, and design as a catalyst for meaningful change
Neil O’Rourke
COO
As a member of the S14 team, Neil's focus is on delivering design solutions that balance creativity with commercial realities.
Neil is particularly interested in how design, technology, and collaboration come together to solve practical challenges – whether through large-scale concepts or emerging visualisation tools that help clients see projects before they're built.
Neil's role is about building strong teams, ensuring quality delivery, creating the structures that let solutions happen.
Justin Cullen

Justin has over 30 year’s experience developing brands, communications programs and businesses across many consumer and corporate industry sectors. He works closely with the S14 management team across all elements brand & marketing outputs, including business development.
Brian Dunphy
CFO
Brian is the CFO at S14, a qualified Certified Accountant (ACCA) with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries.
He has an extensive background in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering compliance and operational efficiency.
Brian’s role is to lead the financial operations, applying his expertise to support sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s long-term financial stability.
Jodie Krom
Senior Design Manager
Jodie is a Senior Design Manager and Architect with over 15 years’ experience across luxury, hospitality, and large-scale masterplanning projects. Holding an MArch from the University of Westminster, she began her career at Squire & Partners, contributing to landmark developments in London and abroad. Jodie later joined NEOM as a Design Manager, leading early-stage ideation and visioning for high-profile projects. Now at S14, she bridges creativity and strategy, developing architectural visions, benchmarking global luxury standards, and guiding teams to craft design narratives that capture both client ambition and experiential depth
Micheal O'Shea
Senior Design Manager
Michael is a Senior Design Manager and Architect with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex, high-value projects internationally.
He spent over a decade with Rafael Viñoly Architects on landmark schemes including 20 Fenchurch Street, Battersea Power Station and Marble Arch Place. He studied at the Universities of Liverpool and Bath, completing further built environment qualifications at University College London and the London School of Economics.
At S14, he specialises in multidisciplinary design management on giga-scale developments. His expertise spans design strategy, feasibility and client-side delivery; combining architectural vision with commercial insight to realise transformative, high-performance assets.
Ian Maior
Head of Innovation Team
Ian holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Rio de Janeiro City, Brazil, and a QQI Level 7 qualification in 3D Animation from Pulse College / Griffith College in Dublin. With expertise in CGI visualisation, stills, and animation, he brings a strong passion for innovation and experimentation, continually exploring new ideas and tools to enhance creative workflows and foster effective team collaboration.

Michael Barry
Head of Project Management
Michael is a highly experienced Project Director and Design Management Lead at S14, bringing over 30 years of experience in architecture and design leadership. He has worked with leading international architectural practices, delivering signature projects worldwide including NEOM Magna - Jaumur, Gazprom Tower in St. Petersburg, and the North Greenwich Masterplan in London.
Within S14, Michael provides strategic direction and oversight across both Design and Project Management, ensuring design excellence, innovation, manging programming, resource forecasting, fee management client brief interface and alignment with strategic objectives.
Jamie O’Shea
Head of Design Management
Jamie combines technical expertise with strategic vision, leading complex, high-value projects built on 25 years of construction management experience across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.
A PMP certified leader with postgraduate qualifications in Civil Engineering, Business, and Sustainability, his multidisciplinary background unites engineering, architecture, and project management—embedding sustainability, performance, and collaboration into every project.
